Other UX Considerations

TestBox users expect a certain experience when coming to TestBox. We strongly recommend reviewing these considerations, and taking action where necessary. If you have questions, please don't hesitate to reach out!

No frame breaking​

First, TestBox users expect to be able to test products inside the TestBox experience, allowing them to take notes and collaborate with their colleagues on choosing the best software solution for them. Do not break this experience by using a frame-buster with TestBox accounts. There are TestBox-safe ways to continue frame breaking, please contact us for details.

No pop-ups​

Pop-ups are so 1990's. Please don't use them, as they are especially confusing in the TestBox environment where multiple products are running simultaneously.

Unless you are linking to a truly external party, we recommend leaving the target of links blank wherever possible.
