Shared vocabulary

First, we'd like to cover some terminology that we use frequently at TestBox.

The iFrame: this very generic term is usually a reference to the iFrame that is used to display your web application inside of TestBox.

Vertical: a vertical is a collection of products on TestBox that have similar functionality. For example, "customer support" is a vertical.

Use case: every vertical on TestBox has a set of use cases. Use cases are designed to highlight the functionality of your product. An example of a use case might be "creating an email campaign" for the marketing automation vertical, or perhaps "setting up a recurring payment" in a bookkeeping system.
